Companies very rarely are without limitations despite what it might feel like.
Limitation - You only have 12 months of runway.
Limitation - Paid spend in your category is dominated by companies who have 50x your budget
Limitation - The audience you are targeting isn’t on TikTok or Instagram.
Limitation - Your price points can’t support the cost of a sales team on top of it.
So if you are unsure where to start, start by writing down your limitations. It will help you quickly focus in on what can have the biggest impact on your business. In other words, embrace your limitations and use them to your advantage. By doing so, you can create a clear path for your company's growth and success.
Remember, every start-up is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution to scaling but figuring out your path is the fun part.
